Product-specific functionality, compatibility, continued support, and supplier-side service availability may depend on the applicable supplier and the customer's own environment or third-party platforms.
Product Supplier Requirements
We work with approved suppliers who provide digital products for offer, sale, or fulfillment through our platform. All suppliers must meet the following requirements:
Ownership & Authorization
Suppliers must be the original creator of the products they provide or hold documented authorization, licensing, or other legal rights necessary to distribute them commercially.
Accurate Representation
All product information must accurately describe the product, its intended functionality, requirements, limitations, and support expectations.
Compliance
Suppliers are responsible for ensuring their products comply with applicable laws, regulations, intellectual property rights, and relevant third-party terms.
Products We Offer
Aquadratic processes and administers purchases for approved digital products, which may include:

Products We Do Not Offer
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Products the supplier does not own or have authorization to distribute
- Counterfeit, pirated, revoked, or unauthorized copies of third-party products
- Products that infringe intellectual property rights
- Malicious software, exploits, or tools designed to harm systems or users
- Products that violate applicable laws or regulations
- Adult content, gambling products, or controlled substances
- Personal data, credentials, or accounts belonging to others
We reserve the right to remove products, suspend fulfillment, hold payouts where permitted, and terminate supplier relationships that violate these policies.
Payment Processing
Aquadratic LLC is the merchant of record and transaction-facing entity for transactions processed through our platform. We use established payment processors to handle payments securely:
Card Payments
Processed through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major cards.
Cryptocurrency
Processed through NOWPayments. We accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Litecoin, USDT, USDC, and other major cryptocurrencies.
Payment data is handled primarily by our payment processors. We do not store complete card numbers or other full sensitive payment credentials on our servers.
Product Delivery
Digital products are delivered automatically via email after payment confirmation. Delivery may include:

Delivery typically occurs within seconds of payment confirmation, but timing may vary depending on processor confirmation, fraud review, or service availability.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Pricing may include platform-related and payment-processing costs associated with the transaction.
Refund Policy
Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. Aquadratic may issue refunds, replacements, or credits at our discretion in circumstances such as:
- Non-delivery of the purchased product or key
- Delivery of an invalid, duplicate, or materially incorrect key or access credential
- Product materially not matching its listing description
- A verified issue that substantially prevents initial use and cannot be resolved through reasonable support efforts
Refund requests should be directed to Aquadratic at support@aquadratic.com within 7 days of purchase unless a different period is required by law. Aquadratic handles refund intake and disputes and may coordinate product-specific review with the applicable supplier.
