Product Supplier Requirements
We work with independent creators who supply digital products for sale. All suppliers must meet the following requirements:
Ownership & Authorization
Suppliers must be the original creator of the digital products they provide, or hold documented authorization from the rights holder to distribute the products commercially.
Accurate Representation
All product information must accurately describe the product, its functionality, and any limitations or requirements.
Compliance
Suppliers are responsible for ensuring their products comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service.
Products We Sell
Aquadratic sells original digital products sourced from verified suppliers, including:

- Scripts, plugins, and extensions
- Digital assets and templates
- Access credentials for supplier-operated services

Products We Do Not Sell
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Products the supplier does not own or have authorization to distribute
- Counterfeit, pirated, or unauthorized copies of third-party products
- Products that infringe intellectual property rights
- Malicious software, exploits, or tools designed to harm systems or users
- Products that violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Adult content, gambling products, or controlled substances
- Personal data, credentials, or accounts belonging to others
We reserve the right to remove any products and terminate supplier relationships that violate these policies without notice.
Payment Processing
Aquadratic LLC is the merchant of record for all transactions. We use established payment processors to handle payments securely:

Cryptocurrency
Processed through NOWPayments. We accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Litecoin, USDT, USDC, and other major cryptocurrencies.
All payment data is handled directly by our payment processors. We do not store complete card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.
Product Delivery
Digital products are delivered automatically via email upon payment confirmation. Delivery includes:

- Product information and license key or access credentials
- Instructions for product activation or use
Delivery typically occurs within seconds of payment confirmation.
Pricing
All prices are set by Aquadratic LLC and displayed in US Dollars (USD). Prices include platform and processing costs. What you see is what you pay.
Refund Policy
Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. Aquadratic may issue refunds at our discretion for:
- Non-delivery of the purchased product
- Product significantly not as described
- Technical issues preventing product use that cannot be resolved
All refund requests should be directed to Aquadratic at support@aquadratic.com within 7 days of purchase with order details and description of the issue. Aquadratic handles all refunds and disputes directly.
