1. Overview

This page describes how Aquadratic LLC handles legal, compliance, intellectual property, fraud, abuse, and unauthorized-product complaints relating to products, listings, or transactions processed through our platform.

Aquadratic operates a digital commerce platform and acts as the merchant of record and transaction-facing entity for purchases processed through the platform. Sellers who are approved to use the platform are responsible for the products they submit, their authority to distribute those products, the accuracy of their listings, and their compliance with applicable laws, intellectual property rights, and third-party platform rules.

Aquadratic does not endorse unlawful, unauthorized, infringing, counterfeit, pirated, or otherwise prohibited products or conduct. If a seller submits or distributes products they are not authorized to sell, that seller may be in breach of their agreement with Aquadratic and subject to enforcement action.

3. Information to Include in a Notice

To help us review a complaint efficiently, please include as much of the following information as possible:

  • Your full name, company name, and contact information
  • The URL, product name, listing, order, or other material at issue
  • A clear description of the basis of your complaint
  • An explanation of why you believe the product, listing, or activity is unauthorized, unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise improper
  • Any supporting documentation, proof of ownership, proof of authorization, registration details, screenshots, or other evidence relevant to the complaint
  • If acting on behalf of another party, a statement of your authority to do so
  • A statement that the information you have provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge and submitted in good faith

Incomplete notices may delay review.

4. Our Review Process

Aquadratic reviews credible legal and compliance notices in good faith. We do not commit to automatically suspending a listing, seller, payout, or transaction flow solely upon receipt of any unverified complaint. However, where a notice appears credible or presents material legal, processor, fraud, or platform risk, we may conduct a preliminary internal review and take interim action as appropriate.

Depending on the nature of the complaint, Aquadratic may:

  • Request additional information from the complainant
  • Request explanation, documentation, or proof of authorization from the seller
  • Review listing content, order records, fulfillment records, payout activity, and related logs
  • Temporarily pause fulfillment or review certain account activity while a matter is assessed
  • Hold or delay payouts to the extent permitted by applicable agreements and law
  • Remove or disable listings where appropriate
  • Issue refunds, reversals, or credits where appropriate
  • Suspend or terminate seller access in cases of material risk, repeated violations, or confirmed misconduct

5. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers using the platform are expected to comply with their obligations to Aquadratic and to customers. These obligations include, without limitation:

  • Only submitting products, license keys, access credentials, subscriptions, memberships, or digital goods they created or are legally authorized to distribute
  • Accurately describing product functionality, requirements, limitations, and support expectations
  • Complying with applicable law, intellectual property rights, contractual restrictions, and third-party platform rules
  • Cooperating with Aquadratic in product-specific support issues, disputes, investigations, and compliance reviews
  • Providing proof of authorization, ownership, or lawful distribution rights when reasonably requested

Aquadratic may vet and approve sellers before providing account access. Seller approval is not a guarantee of ongoing compliance, lawfulness, or continuing authorization.

6. Intellectual Property and Unauthorized Product Complaints

Aquadratic prohibits the sale or distribution of counterfeit, pirated, revoked, stolen, unauthorized, or infringing digital goods. We also prohibit listings or activity that unlawfully use third-party intellectual property, trademarks, copyrighted works, or protected services.

If you believe a product or listing made available through the platform infringes your rights or is being distributed without authorization, please submit a notice to legal@aquadratic.com with the information described above.

Where appropriate, Aquadratic may request proof of authorization from the seller, disable access to material, pause related activity, remove listings, or otherwise take action consistent with our policies, agreements, and legal obligations.

7. Copyright Notices

If your complaint concerns alleged copyright infringement, you may submit a copyright notice to legal@aquadratic.com. Your notice should identify the copyrighted work at issue, the material or product you believe is infringing, the basis for your claim, and your contact information and authority.

8. Fraud, Abuse, and Platform Misuse

Aquadratic also reviews complaints relating to fraud, deceptive listings, chargeback abuse, unauthorized account activity, platform misuse, malicious activity, or other conduct that creates legal, financial, processor, or customer harm.

Such complaints may be investigated using transaction records, order records, fulfillment records, account information, usage patterns, and other available logs or business records.

9. Records and Cooperation

Aquadratic may preserve and review order records, fulfillment records, payout records, transaction history, complaint records, communications, and other relevant business records where reasonably necessary to review legal or compliance issues, enforce our policies and agreements, respond to rights holders or payment processors, prevent fraud, or comply with law.

Where reasonably necessary and permitted, Aquadratic may cooperate with rights holders, payment processors, service providers, regulators, and law enforcement in connection with legitimate complaints, investigations, fraud prevention, legal process, or platform risk management.

10. Reservation of Rights

Nothing on this page obligates Aquadratic to take any specific action in response to any particular notice, except as required by applicable law. Aquadratic reserves all rights, remedies, defenses, and discretion available under its terms, policies, agreements, and applicable law.

This page is provided for informational and compliance purposes only and does not waive any rights or create any additional obligations beyond those otherwise applicable to Aquadratic.
